Astrid helped me with a pain flare up that lasted way too long. After the 1st session I started to feel better. After 4 sessions my fear of movement decreased significantly and I have been able to exercise again. Every session helped me feel lighter and gave me the me necessary space for my recovery.

Astrid is an amazing hypnotherapist. Authentic, compassionate, and so understanding. I wasnt sure if this would work, but after only 3 sessions, I already started to notice a positive difference! Astrid is very kind, caring and understanding, with so much knowledge and experience. I wish I had met Astrid 20 years ago! Not only is she lovely, down to earth and calming- she is actually brilliant at what she does and has managed to literally turn my life around in a matter of weeks.I genuinely believed I had not much hope to ever get healthy and lose weight (I admit I loved to binge on take away and adored wine in excess) and every attempt at the new fad diets always ended with a pizza and disappointment. But here I am, living proof the miracles can happen and its all thanks to Astrid!!!I know I probably sound like an infomercial but whatever it is you need help with, honestly look no further and do yourself a favour and call Astrid.

Wow, Astrid is amazing. I read the reviews and thought I would try as I have been diagnosed with diabetes. I want to reverse it; I don't want to be on medication. I went to see Astrid and it has been amazing. Totally changed my outlook towards food and my chocolate addiction. Of course, I also have many other issues. Astrid is helping so much with all of them! I cannot believe how much better I feel every day. One session and I am feeling amazing and have lost almost 10 kilos in a very short time which is difficult they say after 50!Thank you so much Astrid. Truly life changing!Highly recommend! I've had motion sickness quite severely for all of my life. I was at the end of the road after trying absolutely everything out there and that's when I sourced the services of Astrid. My sessions were simple and direct and I felt very comfortable. I have now discovered that I can travel backwards on a tram, can actually read in a moving vehicle and sail on a small rocking boat. I cannot stress enough how the hypnotherapy has altered my life and I can't begin to thank Astrid enough for her assistance. I truly am a different person!

I had absolutely no idea what to expect when I first saw Astrid however I have been blown away.I went to see Astrid after I got to a place making unhealthy eating choices and putting on weight.Since I have seen Astrid, I am making healthy choices, I am calm and in control of my environment, I have more energy, I am sleeping better. The whole experience and outcomes have been AMAZING!I did not understand the impact that only three sessions could have and since this time I have recommended friends to go and see Astrid too. I found Astridâ€™s website and couldnâ€™t believe that someone out there might truly understand what I was experiencing, the hole of despair, anxiety and fear I found myself in after going through an emotionally traumatic relationship and separation.I walked into my first hypnotherapy and energy healing session a shaky and overwhelmed mess, the stress had ruminated so physically in my stomach I wasnâ€™t eating, my entire body was tense and I was barely able to describe what I was feeling, how I wanted to feel or even what my expectation was. Astrid listened to my story, for the first time I felt heard and validated, and because of her openness in sharing her own lifeâ€™s experience, I was immediately reassured that I was safe and understood and that healing was very possible. I left that day feeling lighter than I may have ever felt in my life, my nervous system was calm and my thoughts were clear.During my second session, I suppose you could say she â€œwent a little deeperâ€ pulling energy that does not serve or belong to me, replacing it with stillness in thought, strength and confidence.I am so grateful to have found Astrid and canâ€™t wait to continue this healing journey with her.Astrid, you are a true healer and possibly the warmest, most compassionate, non-judgemental human I have ever met. Astrid is more than a hypnotist! She is the ultimate problem solver. I have referred friends to her. She will do whatever it takes to get the positive results you are after! After years of putting it off, I finally confronted some long held personal habits that were holding me back from being the person I wanted to be. I chose Astrid after some recommendations and found her to be the catalyst to my road to recovery. I can honestly say that after 5 sessions I am a totally new guy and whatsmore feel that these changes are going to be permanent. I was apprehensive about the zoom sessions we had to undertake during lockdown but found them equally as beneficial and no way detracted from the overall experience. Indeed ,It allowed me to relax and seek meditative guidance in my own relaxed atmosphere at home

I have been to few healers in the last 7 years and got some relief but the problems and issues will come up again . I was not able to find permanent solution to what I was looking for and what was hurting me .With Astrid I felt that the process was so organic . Within the first 3 sessions I overcame my guilt and anxiety that I had been carrying for years .She understands you and never judges you which is very important for me as I cannot be myself if I feel someone is judging me for everything I say.She is a true healer and love the tapping and hypno sessions with her as after every session I have had a breakthrough .Astrid thank you so much and will see you very soon

Astrid is like my guardian Angel! I had been in and out of eating disorders for 20years. After 2 Hypno and tapping sessions with Astrid, my urges had gone. Astrid is something special. The 3 different modalities (hypnosis, energy healing and tapping) that Astrid uses are a amazingly effective combination! After 20years of fear, I feel safe around food which is such a liberating feeling. Well i didnt know what to expect for my first session or how it was going to work. Astrid is such a lovely lady, i felt very comfortable as soon as i met her. I suffer from anxiety, well so far so good.... I don't know how it works but it does. I am looking forward to my next sessions. I have no hesitations in recommending Astrid.
